Dr. Hinds is Ready to illustrate her fifth Mindful Children's book, "Breathe with ME!" This book is about feelings and emotions that little one's experience. It shares the importance of breathing to reduce the anger, sadness, anxiety, fear, and more emotions in life to change the present feeling.
"Breathe with ME!" provide examples of how to use the breath to help cope with emotions. It also provides visuals to help kids visualize the breath. The illustrations are colorful, and the text is written in a playful way to capture the attention of young readers.
Dr. Hinds hopes this book will help children learn and practice breathing techniques to manage their emotions better. She believes that when children learn to take a few deep breaths and pause to think, it can help them regulate their emotions and increase their resilience.
Dr. Hinds hopes that her fifth Mindful Children's book will be a tool for parents, educators, and caregivers to help children become more mindful and self-aware. She encourages parents to read "Breathe with ME!" with their children and to use the breathing techniques in the stories to help their children cope with the emotions they experience.
Casting Call for characters in my next book called, "Breathe with ME!" In the past books, she has used family members as characters. This time I am reaching out to my followers and those that have taken a true interest in my books to provide an opportunity to give a picture of a child that they would like to be drawn as a character in my next children's book.
